14 Days Worldwide Return Policy
At AyWear we try our best to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your package and would like to return it to us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. In this process you will be given the choice to return your item in exchange for a product of equal value or be given store credit.
Customers are responsible for paying return postage costs and AyWear will not be held accountable for any lost parcels as we have no control over the courier chosen. Therefore, we recommend you to ship back your item via a trackable method to avoid disappointment.
Please note: All returned items must reach AyWear in the original condition as when you received the package.

Defective Merchandise Received
In the 4-6 days processing times your items are checked for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch to assure you receive your item in the best possible condition.
However, if you unfortunately receive a defective item, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of your defective item within 5 business days, and we’ll either send you a second new piece, or issue you a FULL refund.
Wrong Item Received
Your item(s) are checked in the 4-6 days processing times. However, if you receive the wrong item please email email@example.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the item received at your end.
Missing item(s) when you receive your package
If you receive your package with a missing product, please do not worry about this! AyWear works with multiple warehouses in order to bring you the best possible prices, different warehouses may have shipped your products at different times. Moreover, weight restrictions and faster shipping may be another factor too for why your products are arrived to you in separate times.
